A Passion for Yoga
My name is Patricia Marks (nickname Passie), I have been a certified Yoga Teacher since 2018. During my years of yoga practice, I became increasingly aware that I felt less stressed and became more flexible in my body and mind.
By creating energy flows in movement and body awareness during my yoga classes, I want you to feel and experience the same benefits in your body and mind as I do every day. Since every body is different, I focus on personal attention in my classes, taking into account previous injuries and personal needs.

Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic form of yoga which helps build a strong core from which one can transition into new positions and exercises. This flow centers around control and precision, with a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a range of levels from beginner to advanced. Vinyasa Yoga fits with every healthy lifestyle.

Learn more about Yoga, the postures and your own body. During my individual lessons, I give dedicated attention to your movements, needs and questions you might have. Ideal to start with a private lesson when you have not been practising yoga before.
